Alexandra, 54 Queens Road, Brighton
History[]
In 1920, the approach from Queens Road into Surrey Street was rounded off by the removal of the corner property in Surrey Street, but greatly in creased traffic soon led to further road widening at this busy corner. For many years 54,55, and 56, were occupied as the Alexandra Commercial Hotel.[1]
